Oak Forest Basketball - Winter 2027

We are excited to welcome players to Oak Forest Basketball Tryouts for the 2026–2027 basketball season!

Tryouts are open to boys and girls ages 11–18 as of July 31, 2026. Our goal is to provide every player with an opportunity to compete, grow, develop their skills, and become part of the Oak Forest Warrior family.

Tryout Fee & Participation Fees

A $50.00 tryout fee is required at registration.

• If your player is not selected for a team: The $50.00 tryout fee will be refunded.
• If your player is offered a spot on a team: The $50.00 tryout fee will be applied toward their participation fee.

Participation Fees:

• Middle School: $475.00
• JV & Varsity: $545.00

New Players: Please bring a copy of your player's birth certificate to tryouts.

Important Information

If your player is unable to attend their scheduled tryout, please contact Coach Kyle as soon as possible.

We also understand that every family's circumstances are different. If your player is offered a spot on a team and you have a financial need or concern regarding the participation fee, please contact Coach Kyle. We want to work with families whenever possible.

Baseball 2027 Season - Spring 2027

We are excited to welcome both returning players and new players as we prepare for the 2027 Oak Forest Boys Baseball season!  Our goal is to provide a competitive, positive environment, grow as teammates, compete at a high level, and become part of the Oak Forest Warrior family.  Boys ages 12-18 as of July 31st, 2026

By registering you have agreed to Oak Forest Policies and Rules as well as the NCHEAC Conference Rules.  You can see the Oak Forest information on our website on the download page.  For NCHEAC Conference Rules at www.ncheac.com.

2027 Tryout Schedule Initial Tryouts will be Tuesday, November 10, 2026  Time: 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM - Final Tryout Date: February 13, 2027 time tbd

Important: Oak Forest will not finalize team rosters and final player selections will not be made until all scheduled tryouts have been completed. Players will be evaluated throughout the tryout process. 

Tryout Fee & Participation Fees

A $50.00 non-refundable registration commitment (tryout fee) is required at the time of registration, subject to the following:

• Player Not Selected: If your player is not offered a position on a team, the $50.00 tryout fee will be refunded.

• Player Selected: If your player is offered a position, the $50.00 tryout fee will be applied toward the season participation fee.

• Player Declines an Offered Position: If your player is offered a position but chooses not to accept it, the $50.00 tryout fee will not be refunded.

2027 Season Participation Fees are TBD but we do not anticipate increases for this year.

New Players:
Please bring a copy of your player's birth certificate to the initial tryout for age verification.  All Players: Complete the online tryout registration before attending, Have all required forms signed by the appropriate parent/guardian.
